I have form 1140-0011 (09/30/2010) are these ok to use or is there a newer version that must be used?
If I understand correctly I will be ok if I drop my paperwork off at MSP before 10/01 or does it have to be signed/ok'ed and returned to me by then?
I have done it before just been a few years hence the older dated forms I have.
