I am trying to fill out the online HQL application. The tab that says "Prerequsities" is just blank. I was looking for the question where I can fill out the ID for the HQL class that I took as I assume that will be needed as in out for the online application.

I figured this out; it appears that the website works with Internet Explorer only and no other browsers. Very odd.
I have had many students do the same thing. IE is the only browser that will work.

****Sometimes. Due to an IE update, it wouldnt work for me and I had to call in to the MSP. It may be fixed now.
