About six months ago a fired case seized the action in my old Glenfield (Marlin) 30-30. This rifle is special to me for a variety of reasons. I started the thread below in the gunsmith section about her issue:
    http://www.mdshooters.com/showthread.php?t=147532

Even after having her issue cleared and condition checked by a competent gunsmith I was still timid about range time in her future.

Today I'm very happy to report she got a range workout. She still functions flawlessly, accurately (and very loudly) with her new diet of CB loads.

It's a great feeling when an old friend you once thought you'd lost comes back to the range.

    :)
