What the story DOESN'T tell you, is that the rifles were (according to a WBAL Radio report this morning) in a separate building, not owned by those charged, and stored safely.

I would hope the mans daughter steps up and admits her father had no knowledge and nothing to do with it.
His stepson/business partner really screwed him as well
If that happens I bet he still goes through hell getting back his guns.

Curtilage (buildings, barns, sheds and such) can be included in search warrants. They will find out who owns them and I bet they come back fairly easy and quickly.

i don't think this would even be news if the word guns weren't thrown in there, which did not even belong to the suspects.

I'm not saying they shouldn't be prosecuted, just that this story has been sensationilized. I heard about it like a week ago, drugs/guns siezed. Now after reading it, doesn't seem like much of a bust.
