Range job for ex-military

Again I've stumbled across a job posting that I thought someone here may be interested in. Indoor range officer at Ft. Meade. Requires security clearance and they want ex-military.

I think I'm gonna apply and see how the pay and benefits are. It would be a 60 mile drive for me so probably won't be worth it for me to leave my current job but ya never know. Thanks for posting z28.

Ahhhh, so it isn't a public range. It's an asymmetric warfare group gig used for training.

I fit all the requirements...I applied...probably be a huge pay cut...but Ill see if they even contact me.

Aberdeen Proving Ground is another one too look for as well. They do small arms testing, RPG and mortars. I've got a buddy of mine who works behind the fence who sets up the ranges.

Aberdeen Proving Grounds does testing ? When did they start doing that ?
