This is my .300 Blackout hunting rifle and I wanted to do something with it rather than leaving it all black.
I really like the Krpytek camo http://www.kryptek.com/kryptek-camo-patterns/ and decided on the Highlander pattern. In fact I'm buying Kryptek camo'ed clothes for hunting now too - getting away from the realtree/mossy oak stuff.
Took the gun to Zach up at Freestate. All I can say is that I was blown away when I picked it up last night - its freakin awesome! The following pics don't do the gun justice in regards to the detail and colors...

if you've got a project in mind, I suggest paying Zach a visit and discuss how he can transform your weapon into something unique.

    Best,
    Jim

I had a friend do that with his 4wheeler out in Kitzmiller one deer season. Threw a camo net over. Said it took him most of the day to find it.:lol2:

Nice looking shooter, by the way.

Very nice job! Freestate does some nice work, I have seen some from their last painter and it was exceptional!
