I am helping a neighbor apply for her HQL. Site gets to the upload attachments page, I upload her license and hql training cert and tag them. Hit next and the site gets to 99% complete and then goes to an error page saying to try again. Anyone else seen this?

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer for your browser. I was told that Firefox, Chrome, and others wouldn't work.

    Hopefully that helps

tried ie, same error....will call them tomorrow. Can't delete the files either
Their website seems to also work only with IE7 or older versions. If using a newer version it might be helpful to place the browser into "compatibility" mode.

With IE open to mdsp.org click on "internet tools" > "compatibility" > add mdsp.org to list > log off the browser then back on and try your upload again.

Thanks, but still no joy. I have emailed them and will call tomorrow.

I was having a similar issue with mine yesterday. If I'm understanding you correctly, its when you upload files correct? If so, I think the file size may be too large for whatever it is you are uploading.

I uploaded a Hunter Ed Certificate that was around 2000KB and it went through fine. Then I tried to upload a photo that was 8000KB. Everytime I tried, I would get an error. So I tried the Hunter Ed Certificate again and it worked fine. Tried the photo again and error.

So I resized the photo and got it down to a couple hundred KB and it went right through. I'm curious if that is the problem. If it's a size limit issue, it would be nice of them to put it on the page so people would know.

+1. I had to use IE 11 in compatibility mode. Wonder how many people got frustrated by this and have up.

Emailed MSP, they advised once you put the documents on the attachments page, just ignore the next button and click the next item down on the left hand menu. So the button is there, just usually doesn't work.
