is anyone having trouble with the prerequisite page on the HQL site?

i ahve the whole application filled out and can't pay/submit because all i see is a blank page on the prereq.....

You have to be in internet explorer to fill out application and see the prerequisite. i had the same issue because i didnt read the red lettering on front page of site. lol

Finally after numerous calls from the state police and my numerous calls to the fingerprinting place they received my fingerprints and a day later my HQL went active. Started the process on March 25 and went active April 15. My husbands also went active same day even after they had to do a little more investigation because of him being 29 a a juvenile case had the same name as him but no birth date. Anyways went active on April 15, 2015 and received cards on April 18, 2015.

Looks like 20 days is the gold standard. I wonder if mine will be delayed even more because of the riots in Baltimore. Started 4/25, still waiting but did get a letter last week of background check being clean for MD.
love this.Mine took 16 days to get approval and then another week to get the card.

I like the way you prefaced this, haha. Generally, they're done in 3 weeks and they send them in batches. It sucks and it's wholly unnecessary, but hang in there and be patient.
I submitted 5/12 and have caught up to you
I just made the wait worse for myself, I put a deposit on 2 handguns. I bloody well hate waiting.

as of yesterday, my checklist says complete so now it's just a waiting game till I get my card.... WOOT!

Just checked the website and I'm active as of a few hours ago. My fiancé's is still pending, but he's at the very end of the alphabet, so I'm thinking his will be active by the end of the day (fingers crossed)

Applied May 8th, DHMH completed May 11th, nothing else since. I did get a letter saying back ground check completed no criminal history found, fingerprints would be forwarded to appropriate department only. Anyone else get such a letter. I guess that means I'm good to go?

Both my wife and I got that letter, or one like it. You should be good to go shortly.

I am guessing you got caught in the "After B'More Riot" crunch. Jaspis1 went sat for over 20 days before his went active, and he went in two days after the riots. I would give it another week and then call them to see what's up.
