300 Blackout 203 grain.

I picked up some Cast 203 grain bullets.. from blackout brass.com.
and am using Lil Gun... as my powder
CCI 400 ..primers.

I have load data for 208 projectiles but those are jacketed. my question is where should i start

the info I have is 8.3 gains.. of lil gun to get 1047fps out of 208 jacketed , from what i gather though loading cast is a bit different

just looking for some direction yall thanks.

edit.. IT can ONLY be run suppressed.. as the suppressor is integeral..

At that low of a velocity, go by the data.

Check it for leading, and if none is evident, load on.

You would be well advised to have a chrono to measure velocities and work the load down to the subsonic range a bit at a time to ensure you don't stick a bullet in the barrel..

Cast boolits lead up the barrel if driven too fast, but a too slow sub is a larger problem in and of itself, so it's a fine line to determine the right charge wt..

I hope the can is cleanable. Otherwise you run the risk of leading the can.

the can is cleanable..
in addition the bullets are coated with HI TEK. as well to prevent barrel and can leading.
