Talking about Aspin hill area..you mean the sh*t hole triangle of Georgia Ave / Bel Pre Rd to Connecticut Ave /Bel Pre Rd and Georgia Ave / Connecticut Ave? I can tell you from working on the apartment properties out that way nightly drug citations were given out. The only time I saw something change slightly for the better was when certain groups would all be evicted about the same time. As for white oak area one of the apartment complexes ALL of the problems and I do mean all of them stopped when three families were evicted for numerous violations, or at least due to the kids
