Talked to the ATF today and they told me a memo went out this morning that all MD SBR's will be going through one agent. Didn't get the name, but I think it is a woman. He said they have been holding MD SBR forms for a period of time , now they will all go through this one agent. I guess the confusion should be cleared up soon. He didn't know what the ruling was.

This makes a lot of sense, and is encouraging that they are not just denying all SBR's flat out. I'll be very interested in seeing what this agent decides the law says.

Was expecting my paperwork back at the end of June I guess we shall wait and see...
