So to my understanding HBar AR is Cash & Carry?
So that means I can be 18 and buy them without getting them registered?

If so, where is a good place to buy a decent priced 1? Or Private sale.

Yes, they are C&C. Go to Engage Armament in Rockville. They do custom builds as well as stock Colts. The service is top-notch and the prices are reasonable. Andy is the owner and he's a great guy!

Seemed legit to me. Maybe the dude is under 21 and just trying to confirm that he's able to buy?

As mentioned previously, Engage has a ton of them up on the wall, and they are reasonably priced.

Another place to check would be Shooters Discount in Mt Airy. Lou has had Colt AR6721s recently. Youd probably want to call or PM to see if he has them in stock.

Colt 6721 at $995 new in box.
He had one a bit back for $920 used police trade in.
