    I'm an attorney and have handled this type of matter for several clients. However, it is a simple matter that you might be able to handle on your own. I am located in West Friendship, which is just west of Ellicott City. Shoot me a PM if you want to discuss what you need to do. If it turns out you are uncomfortable handling it on your own, I'd do it for you for a minimal fee but you still need to show up for the hearing and testify regarding the facts of the matter.
