I've been lucky enough to have an alley planned behind my Baltimore City row home, where one did not exist before.
I am looking for someone to demo the current patio and part of a 4' brick wall and replace with at least 5", maybe 6" of new concrete.
The only form required would be on the end, the rest is formed in by the neighboring properties and the exterior wall of my home.
Let me know! I'd like pictures/referrals of other completed jobs, if possible. I will update with the measurements when I get home.
