PART TIME WORK SOUGHT-PREFER GUNSHOP
I am currently looking for a part time job, with a preference to work in the field of gun sales, repair, painting-Duracoating. I am a Certified Duracoat specialist, without a place to work from, and do not have my FFL. I have been training myself in minor gun repair, gun building and upgrades, since losing my full time job over a year ago.
I currently have a part time job, which, I would be willing to give up, if things worked out well in a new position. I have had this p/t position for over 4 years now, and have been able to maintain it with holding a full time job before. Due to a progressive form of RA, this is no longer possible.
I have been in the retail sales/management field for over 25 years and 8 years as a clinician/mental health therapist and bring a vast wealth of experience and knowledge of working with the public. I am friendly, polite, have a high degree of integrity and old time values. I try to stay up to date on most things gun related and have been practicing by stippling Glock frames, Duracoating, upgrading/building AR's and 10-22's and other work.
I do have some health related issues that would need some consideration and would be willing to discuss these on the phone or in person.
This is not the ONLY work I am willing to do, it is just my first preference, since I would like to continue in this field well into the future. I am open to other area's, as long as it does not involve lifting or moving heavy objects, as my Rheumatoid Arthritis limits this type of movement.
