I agree, it looks like a fun gun to shoot.

I couldn't help but wonder...how safe is it to have a big tank (used to fill) of compressed air at an active range? Not thinking flames, but ricochet or accidental discharge.

Exactly where I want to be
I want one but a grand+ is more than I want to spend for an air gun.

If you wanted a long range rifle, i.e. M40A??, AR15, M99 or Ashbury Precision Ordinance, you'd pay about $4K or $5K for a decent entry level rifle. With this, you get precision, power and recoil like an M107 for a mere $1K with all kinds of ammo available.

    I'd be happy to but...

1.) tell me where there's a 100 yrd range here in Harford county
2.) you only get 2 or 3 shots on full power so I'll let you pump it up each time
    to 3K psi
3.) 3 shot groups each target
    and
4.) your power against mine and my bullets :party29:

    FAIR ENOUGH?

Not sure how you can call something accurate when you've never shot it far enough to know. As far as your challenge is concerned just name the place. I'll bring my Extreme .308 and shoot sub MOA all day long at 100 yards at 300 ft/lbs on air. Then I'll charge it with helium and do the same thing at 450ft/lbs. Then there's the .72 Extreme I'm shooting 1.5" groups with at 100 yards at 750 ft/lbs on air and 1400 ft/lbs on helium. Killed a deer with it this year at 113 yards with ease.

I can bring the air tanks as well so we won't kill ourselves pumping.

The only thing I can say to that is that thing must shoot like an Abrahms tank:party29: and hit just as hard
