I sure hope not.
It seems to me that they've recently made a point to have staff out on the line as close to 100% as possible.
With any luck, it was just a minor accident.

I was there about noon today and there was only one other shooter. Good timing I guess. Hope it was nothing more than a negligent discharge downrange.

Wouldnt it be crazy if someone was just reporting shots fired that actually came from the range on post?

At 1445, a decent medic is going to control bleeding as best as can be quickly done, strap you on a board, throw you in the back of the bucket, and apply D40 W.O. (40 Cetane Diesel wide open) straight up 295. Works the patient enroute.

Just heard from my son who spoke with a medic who treated the victim. He rented a revolver and attempted suicide. Shot himself in the head with a .38. Apparently he wanted a .357 magnum, but the ammo he brought with him was incompatible.

If they were following the new rules (as I understand them), this would mean he was either a member, or with someone???
