    I apologize if this has been asked before but i was wondering if any one has found any good deals on a completed upper (can be without charging handle and bcg) with a hbar barrel? I am trying to plan out my ar build and have had trouble finding any heavy barrel completed uppers - maybe i should just try and find a heavy barrel and an upper and do it myself?

    I just recently purchased my HBAR upper from JSE Surplus and everything checks out fine so far. I decided to get my charging handle from Primary Arms AND BCG from Aims Surplus.

    I'm sure I'll get some flames for this but I've purchased a couple of uppers over the years from Model1Sales and the quality has been fine. Some have had different results but I haven't.

    You can get a heavy barrel upper for $330-4XX which includes a heavy barrel. They have sold the heavy barrel uppers for years.
