Anyone have one of these? I'm thinking of getting one once I get my HQL.

I'd like to get one with a mountable flashlight.

I can't speak to the newer polymer models with the rail, but the steel models are good solid little guns. I'd love to find a stainless 941.

I LOVED my steel model Jericho, with two caveats:

    1) Heavy for a wonder nine
    2) Sights shot "pumpkin on a post" if I aimed at the post.

It is a lot like a CZ-75. Trigger is better, ergos are similar, and I preferred the Jericho in many ways... even with a slide mounted decocker. But in the end I fell in love with the balance of the CZ instead.

I have not tried the poly frame IMI, but would like to. IMO all the Israeli arms I have owned are well-engineered but over heavy.

Mine is an original all-steel model direct from Israel, made in 1989. They're CZ75/Tanfoglio clones, but extremely well made for the price.
It's accurate and comfortable as all get-out. The trigger is smooth and light in SA too. Mags run around $35 or so a piece. The only bug on mine is a worn-out extractor, but I'd imagine you're not in the market for a 26 year old firearm. IWI's newer version of it has better sights and a frame-mounted safety instead of the old slide safety like mine.

The Israelis love the polymer models and they're used commonly by their law enforcement and military.

It won't make you quite as cool as Spike Spiegel (if you know who that is), but closer enough ;)

If I could have just one firearm in my entire lifetime, this would be it.

If that polymer has 1913 rails on it then you can virtually mount any handgun light you like so long ad they're rail mounted.

The old Jerichos were legal, and I was the guy who got the 941F on there last year. The new ones may need a new handgun roster submission if they changed the model names (which the press release implies they did, unfortunately).

I own an IMI Jericho 941F (frame safety), which I reviewed on my blog:
    http://hebrewhammerblog.com/2014/12/07/the-jericho-941f/

Overall, it's a good gun, but heavy. Not a big fan of the safety, but I may be in the minority on that one. The Barak is a much better gun overall, and I wish IWI would have revived that instead.

ETA: note that IWI-US is providing adjustable sights; my model had much more crude sights, albeit I think they're better on a combat pistol.
