I find it SO funny, that so many manufacturers make 1911s now. Ruger and Sig especially.

It would not surprise me to see Glock make one also.

They both suck.

The 1911 is old and outdated, modern ones are too finicky.

Just sold a Tokarev in a MSP barracks and the buyer said yeah its like a poor mans 1911 and the trooper replied,

Besides the good old debate between Glock and 1911, you're going to make the HK fan boys feel inadequately represented and then or course the XD heads will be in to argue their dog in the game.
