google is your friend, I am not.
Digging through some email I found one from 2013 that started:
Please do not be fooled that SB0281/HB0294 will reduce crime, homicide, gun deaths, or promote public safety in Maryland. ... These measures have proven over time to be ineffective. More of the same failed approach will not lead to different results. According to the FBI, in 2011 Maryland was the 47th worst in the nation for murder, yet already has some of the strictest laws.

...Based on 2011 FBI UCR data, many other "lax" gun control states have significantly lower homicide rates. Don't be deceived that "gun trafficking" is the issue. Criminals in Maryland are not getting their guns legally. Most known suspects are already felons.

Now that Baltimore, Maryland is tied for the deadliest month on record, with 45 homicides (in case you slept through it http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/ma...-homicides-20150731-story.html#panel=comments), I was to extend a personal, sincere, and warm thank you to the delegates asshats who voted for this for being complete tools for O'Malleys presidential run (see http://mgaleg.maryland.gov/webmga/f...b=subject3&id=SB0281,s-1025&stab=02&ys=2013rs and here:http://mgaleg.maryland.gov/webmga/f...b=subject3&id=SB0281,h-0895&stab=02&ys=2013rs ) for the list.

Many of my delegates had the good sense to retire after this vote. Maryland laws cost money, have the MSP investigating all the wrong people, prevent residents from protecting themselves from retaliation if they happen to witness crime (or just want to go shopping with their hard earned money). Generally they put the gangs and corrupt politicians at the top of the food chain. Yu can have a security clearance, be current and former military, and still not have good and substantial. But maybe they are working totally as intended.

If your delegate is in the "yea" column, be sure to give your delegate a warm round of applause.

Maybe we should melt down those shell casings into 120 "Epic idiot" awards and hand them out.
