Alliant's web site doesn't publish start load and never exceed load. They give a single load only. Is this to be taken as the start load or the never exceed load?

Not real sure but I rarely use powder manufacturers web info for loads, I go with bullet manufacturers load data form their books since I like to use their COL's for their bullets.

I always check the manufacturer's site for the most recent data. The formulas may change over time. That is straight from Hodgdon's customer service.
