Cole's is selling a pair of imported IWI Barak 9mm handguns on Gunbroker:

IMHO, these are an absolute steal at $350, because they are the rare "missing link" model between the original Barak and the Jericho B. The Magnum Research SP-21 pistols imported to the United States had a much different rear slide design (integrated rear sight) that some people really didn't like. These pistols, on the other hand, have a much more traditional rear sight, and appear identical to the Jericho B - except for the BARAK rollmarked on the frames. This is the first time I've even ever seen this model, and I've been hunting for a Jericho B and/or Barak for quite a while.

(I bought one, and will be submitting it to the roster.)

I've always wanted one of these pistols since seeing them on Worldguns.ru several years ago but could never find one. It's funny the ergonomics is what drew me to this pistol as well as it looks like it was built like a tank...Such a rare gun its hard to find an actual video on youtube to see how it even shoots, anyhow I'm considering one myself.

There was a young man from Madras
whose b***s were of solid brass.
    When they jangled together
    they played Stormy Weather
and lightning shot out of his a**

Somehow seems appropriate for a handgun named Barak. :innocent0

Enough free association. Now back to your regularly scheduled topic.

Barak guns you pay for. Obama-guns, like Obama-phones, are free.

they may be free...but you've got to go to mexico, the UAE, syria, libya, etc... to get them. Well...that or work for homeland security.

That is identical to my Charles Daly DDA....
The controls are similar, but that's about it. The DDA is just a rebranded Bul Impact, which is a Tanfoglio derivative. The Barak is a much different animal - just take a look at the muzzle end, with those dual recoil springs.

CDI has posted up some more of them today. There's an older version for $320 - if I had the spare cash lying around, I would have picked that up, too.
