Just a heads up that while browsing the Gun Shack in Mt Airy I noticed a PPK in the display case. It had the Nazi eagle and I believe it was .32.
Far from pristine but seemed very solid. It was on consignment and the lady behind the counter said the owner would accept offers.

    I would trust 'Sled's opinion -
If it's as rough as stated, maybe $400 or so with a little bump if it has an original mag. There's a big leap from a rough PPK to a nice one. Nobody really wants the rough ones unless it's something truly special, since there's so many good ones out there. You're much better off finding a good one for $700-900 than putting $400 or so into a crappy one (you'd have a hard time getting the money back out of a poor one). Just my opinion of course.

Thanks for the input. Since it is on consignment, and they said the owner was open to offers, I might make an offer. I've always wanted a PPK that I could shoot without ruining the collector value.
