Whats more likely is 2 or 4 cases of 5.45 materializing on my steps for the AR and the Romak.

Need to grab it before it dries up (and it already has to some degree as the caliber has become more popular and there are current demands for the cartridge).

Waiting on my paperwork to come back for my can in 2012.

Would really like to pick up ruger 22/45, savage slug gun, and a precision short barrel 18" .308.

If things go well, would like to pick up a precision 20" AR and a pocket pistol, but not counting on that happening.

What's left of a Batavia Leader. Mfg somewhere between 1909 and 1916.

It belonged to my birth father and his father before him.

I have three that are due for transfer in January:
    1. RIA double-stack 9mm 1911 GI
    2. CNCWarrior Galil .223 receiver
    3. Group Buy HDP lower

Which comes first... well, that will be interesting.

I have a lot of guns, but I'm getting extra springs, bolts and parts for guns I own. I need to make them last a while and be able to deal with any damage they could take. I may pick up a few barrels too.

Think parts guns........other new guns with similar parts that can be consolidated if needed :)

But then I have to take them apart to get the parts. I do like the idea of having a lot of AK and AR lowers laying around.

Its the only way to know you have the exact part you will need!

Seriosly I agree with stockpiling parts, but one thing you realize is Murphys law will break the part you dont have or take something bigger with it. Common parts yes, but sometimes an extra gun for the "archive" is a better option across the board.
