I understand. It just seems odd to me that they cap the number of members. It's not like they all come on the same day.

If memory serves me it was Bob Thumma. He was very nice but this class is for total newbies like me OR someone who needs their HQL

Whoever said membership was maxed out was referring to SLCFSA in PA mentioned earlier in the thread, not H&M.

SLCFSA is the range that is closed for membership. Members (and guests) only range, not hourly.
BTW, the membership cap is up around 2800 or so paid members.
