My morning email to the Delegates,

Dear Delegates,
One last thought before you all get to vote on the Governors bill. The bill at the National level was just dumped and you all know why. Remember what happened in the mid teams after they passed the 1994 assult weapons bill? The Republicans overwhelming took both house and Senate. Now think about this, the Governor will be running for POTUS and if MD passes his bill there will be no way the people will elect him into office. With him done with soon to not be Governor, and most likly not POTUS then were does that leave you come re-election time? No friend in the White House and a very angry, very large group of organized patriots putting time, effort and money towards getting you removed from your position.
Just a thought, you all have a very nice day.

Sincerely,

I sent the following e-mail to every State Senator in MARYLAND today:

I want to thank all those individuals that did NOT support the so called "Maryland Gun Safety" Legislation. This was NOT about "GUN SAFETY", but rather about "GUN CONTROL". The Knee Jerk Legislation that O'Malley propagated does NOTHING to improve protecting innocent people from Criminals, but rather infringes on then rights of the law abiding citizens of this state. I want to condemn the actions of the Senators who supported this Knee Jerk Legislation and the efforts of Martin O'Malley to yet again push his Personal agendas. SHAME ON YOU! The elections are coming soon and the vote will tell all. We have the congressional records to identify those who will need to run for dog catcher next term. If the Maryland Legislature wants to IMPROVE conditions, stop trying to regulate our 2nd Amendment rights and start regulating Physicians and hospitals for the more thorough registration and identification of the Mentally Ill. Start an FBI vetting for them, not us. Stop supporting what you think is a "Politically Correct" agenda, and start making "COMMON SENSE" Legislation. The Idiot that shot all of those people out west went past 15 movie theaters until he got to the one that posted "no Guns Allowed". He promptly set up shop and killed at will, knowing that he had a better chance of killing people in an area that had posted no guns - better chance of not getting shot himself. Here's a bit of information that NO State or Federal Legislator has spoken openly about: Since 1994, The violent gun crimes in this country have dropped 50% - yes, that's right - 50%. Violent gun crimes are occurring mainly within major metropolitan population areas of 250,000 or more people. THIS IS WHERE YOUR GUN CONTROL EFFORTS NEED TO BE CONCENTRATED. The incident in Texas over 3 decades ago was propagated by a mentally ill person. The incidents that have occurred at the various schools in Colorado, Connecticut and West Virginia ALL have been propagated by MENTALLY ILL INDIVIDUALS. Maryland is known as the "California of the East Coast". Sorry Senators, but that is nothing of which to be proud. It Is apparent that the majority of Democrats in this state are guilty of the "If I don't like it then nobody can have it" type of legislation. STOP trying to take away MY Constitutional Right to Bear Arms - WITHOUT INFRINGEMENT. I register my guns legally and you have My photo, my address and all my public records. I have been vetted by the ATFE AND the Maryland State Police. I need not have to purchase a "license" to own what the Constitution of this Great Country has ALREADY GIVEN ME THE RIGHT TO POSSESS. Thank you for your time,

Additionally, I sent this to the all of the Maryland House of Delegates today:

MD GUN Legislation
Gentlemen: I am appalled that you actually had the gall to vote for this abortion of legislation. The 2013 Maryland Gun "SAFETY" act is a farce. It should be called the Maryland "GUN Control and Licensing" Act. Those who voted for this legislation have done nothing to protect "innocent" citizens, but have infringed on the 2nd Amendment Rights granted us by the Constitution. How about concentrating your efforts to get a better Identification Base for Mentally Ill and Mentally challenged people. Throw more effort into developing better Mental health programs for people. All of the highly publicized incidents propagated by the "Over-zealous Main Stream Liberal Media" has been about Guns. GUNS DON'T KILL PEOPLE, PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE. EVERY ONE OF THOSE INCIDENTS PUBLICIZED NATIONALLY HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT BY MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE, NOT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS. The elections are coming and those who supported this abortion of a Bill under the auspices of "Justice" will need to file for "Dog Catcher" next term. Too many people have been outraged by this stupid knee jerk legislation. On another note: why not better control and legislation of Automobiles? They kill more people in Maryland each year than so called "guns" do. Oh, wait - Cars don't kill people, people do. There are organizations now reviewing the legislative vote and checking the Board of Elections to see exactly who needs to be voted OUT of office. Additionally, movements to challenge the state concerning the constitutionality of this act of the legislature will be put in motion. Put your efforts into Legislating better MENTAL HEALTH IDENTIFICATION PROGRAMS and stop screwing with our Constitutional rights to bear arms WITHOUT INFRINGEMENT - Read the 2nd Amendment...you obviously didn't get the message. I felt obligated to bring this to your attention.
