good shooting MDB, love the look of the rifle also.

just a side note to be made, if an AK laid down groups like that people would be talking about how inaccurate it is =P

    but seriously, love it man.

95% done. Just need a back up sight (Troy) and an h-buffer as recommended by BCM. I threw the el cheapo red dot on there cause it was laying around and I have no rear sight yet, it's not gonna be staying on. One day I'll save up for an aimpoint. it's nice and light and I'm very happy with my first AR.

I was originally going to get fde mags. And then I found someone who sold me 6 of those for $20. Couldn't pass it up. There's always krylon.

    Hey look.

Still missing a few parts. Once she decides which muzzle device and rear sight type she prefers, the final bits will be ordered.

And yes, the dust cover says "SURPRISE, COCK FAG!!!" inside. giggity.

i love the dark earth! If you want some dark earth mags, Midway has the Tapco polymer ones for $10, I just picked up a few, and I think I am going to get some more.
Home Depot also sells a series of Camouflage paints, and the tan color is pretty damn close to FDE. In fact I have one painted, that I use as a brass catcher on my 5.7x28
