A couple of things missing in the OP. What are the names of the prosecutors and what jurisdiction employs them? When such malfeasance, that a judge dismisses with prejudice, such a miscarriage of justice occurs the people responsible should be publicly named so public opinion can be properly focused to prevent such misuse of power in the future.
