    Is this thing legal in Md without a tax stamp?

    The tax stamp is federal, not Maryland.

    If it is a pistol (and new), then it'd need to be on the pistol registry in Maryland.

    I believe the reason the Judge is a pistol and not an AOW is because it has a rifled barrel. Is the .410 barrel rifled?

    The seller of this firearm just pulled the auction claiming it was illegal do to the fact the barrels are only 12"
