Can you explain the process of an 03ffl holder selling to a non 03ffl in Maryland.
This for a c&r rifle.

meet them somewhere. get buyers info and exchange funds/firearm. Walk away.

The buyer does not need to hold a FFL03 so long as they can legally own the weapon.
