I run a property management company in Baltimore. We have a bunch of low rent places throughout central and northeast Baltimore. I'm looking for someone that can do easy maintenance items: painting, patching, fixing toilets, doors, etc. Really nothing nice. Basically a driver for the one maintenance worker that has worked for me for years that can also paint or clean. Prefer someone with a smallish truck. $15/hr. Paid every Friday. Clear criminal history since you will be going in people's apartments.

I'll be honest......the tenants suck. But I make sure my guys get paid.

PM me a number and I'll call you.

    Starts right away.....Like tomorrow.

You filled the removal position or the handyman position?? I'd be interested in the handyman position if it is still available.
