Saw a bunch of exploding targets at the Nations Gun Show in Chantilly today. All different sizes and even some extra sensitive ones for .22's.
Binary targets with instructions are illegal in MD. You want them for an out of state shoot, correct?

Yes its an out of state shoot in NY on thanksgiving. Dang! a stop in PA will be in order then it seems. I had no idea they were illegal in MD that sucks!

Possession of Tannerite or its components unmixed is illegal in MD since October 1, 2012.

Nerf guns are illegal in MoCo ... someone should bring this to the attention of the pubic by getting the police to remove them from Walmart & Kmart on Black Friday
Cold Packs & aluminum powder are legal until you mix them; binary targets sold with instructions are what MD law specifies to be contraband as a fire code violation like smoking in an elevator or having your circuit breaker panel inaccessible.
Last time I was in there, the infamous shop that teaches that loaded mags separate from guns are illegal to transport, they had binary targets with instructions for sale.

I wouldn't call a 1lb exploding target "small" On most of the ranges here in MD, 1lb is way more than enough.
I just saw 2# containers of tannerite for sale this morning at dicks.
I asked the guy behind the counter if they were legal and he assured me it was legal in maryland.
I skipped buying any because I was pretty sure it was not legal here. Did something change where it is now legal or did they just screw up big time?
