Help needed on something I don't want to do. Shooters what would you do?

    Unfortunately I have come across some tough times and I need some cash. I have 2 options and want to know suggestions on what you might do.

    I have 2 options for sale. A Beretta 92 Inox (stainless steel) or a factory new Colt 9240 complete lower. I would prefer to get rid of the Colt but I live in MD and I am not sure how to sell it under new laws. I purchased the lower before the law passed with the intention of building a rifle down the road. At the same time the Beretta was my first purchase.

    I understand I would get a bit more for the Beretta so any info on how to sell a AR lower as a MD resident would be great.

    Gentrfying the Hagersbush.
    Without it having a complete Heavy Barrel upper on it your going to have to sell it as a regulated firearm in this state. Meaning a 7day waiting period and sell it thru an FFL or the state police but you will not have to require the seller to have an HQL. The Beretta on the other hand your going to have to do all of the same things but your going to have to require the seller to have an HQL.

    Sell the Beretta. The Colt is pre ban and can be passed to your kids one day. It will not be special for anyone buying it.

    Plus you will get more mony for your pistol

    Oh if you do decide to sell the Beretta be sure to have the mags pinned at 10 rounds or arrange for out of state transfer to keep in compliance of FAS 2013

    Don't get rid of ANYTHING pre-ban unless you ABSOLUTELY have to.
