Went there yesterday after reading about them here. They made the process easy and I was never uncomfortable asking the 20 questions -- it's a great shop for newbies.

Been to Hafers twice now. Onece when my buddy filled out the papers for a .45, and once when he picked it up. Seems like a great place with great people working it. :thumbsup:
