    this wednesday flat top upper receiver woo hoo for me hah,anyways recommendation on some quality inexpensive flip sights(front and rear) are highly appreciated :) links are always convenient ;) thanks.

    Depends on which optic you'll be getting. I only use scopes so far and 45 degree irons for backup. It's easy to get used to lifting your elbow to bring the peeps in line.

    Clandestine speaks highly of the Magpul MBUS. I have a set and have been happy with them. I don't need high priced sights. Also AT3 Tactical makes some inexpensive flip up iron sites if you don't want the polymer Magpuls.

    Indeed. I have Magpuls on 2 (rears only) of my ARs. They don't move unless I move them.

    Just because they are polymer, doesn't mean they are cheap. Rear sights are $50+.

    I may try the polymer diamond heads at some point, I have the metal ones on my 3rd AR and I like those as well.
