    (I tried the search but no luck)

    Just confirming that a dedicated 22lr upper (cmmg, dpms, etc) on a post 01 OCT 2013 lower is g2g?

    No straight answer from the MSP yet, but IMHO, it should be fine, especially if no gas port hole was drilled in the upper.

    Actually the COPY CAT provisions do not apply.

    There is one rimfire on the banned list.

    No, .22s are NOT exempt from FSA. At least one rifle that is banned by name is a .22.

    The ARE exempt from the Copy Cat requirements, as they are not centerfire.

    For posterity and in case anyone searches... S&W M&P 15-22 is not banned per the mdsp website which states, "Informational Bulletin 10-1 dated November 4, 2010 .22 rimfire rifle is not regulated"
