    Getting way off topic now, but a Maryland State Police Certified Qualified Handgun Instructor License is a state issued license.

    A sole proprietorship is the oldest and most common form of business known to man, dating back to the dawn of time.

    Sgt Knaub is on record stating one only needs to have the intent to do business in order to satisfy that requirement.

    If you are referring to Knaub's testimony before the HPRB, this isn't quite accurate. He testified that the intent to conduct a financial transaction, whether it actually occurred or not, would satisfy the restrictions of "while conducting financial transactions" of a W&C permit. If you are speaking of something else, please enlighten us.

    Upon reflection you are correct.

    If the State Politice did not concede this point one would have to drive to every meeting unloaded, enclosed and out of reach, then stop to load and holster, and finally unload for the trip home or elsewhere.
