    I have a handgun I want to sell. I never got my HQL. Do I need to do anything extra to sell it or is it just on the buyer to have an HQL?

    Nice pistol, but one word of advice. Remove any mention of the mags or your ad will get deleted. You can arrange something out of state with a prospective buyer, but it's against forum rules to advertise anything with mags >10tds
