So...I go looking for the elusive 22LR ammo...

...and an hour later end up walking out with a new plinker...

They had a black synthetic Ruger 10/22 carbine with Lasermax laser on front of stock.

It was on clearance for $249.97...so I got myself a new plinker and guy at counter gave me an elusive 525 round box of ammo...already put 100 rounds through it. Dead on accuracy....but a little peeved that laser was non functional...will go back tomorrow and see what happens with that.

That is awesome! I scored a 325 22lr box at Walmart today for $18 (5 cents a round). Here's to 22lr becoming ubiquitous and priced at 2 cents a round!

I was a little ticked off that there was no paperwork in the box.

There is a registration card and 2 other accessory cards, but no manual and no info on the laser.

Lol, I just did the same thing. Picked up a box at white marsh and hunt valley. Also picked up my oldest son his first rifle. Rossi youth combo 22/410. It was $20 cheaper than the last time I saw one in the store plus it was one of the ones that had an extra 10% off like the OP's 10/22
