    That's for sure, though we haven't had much success there as far as I'm aware.

    While not the same judge, this is the dame court that ruled in our favor in Wollard. And Judge Blake is very much aware of what Judge Legg did and respects that.

    Not to mention that the 4th circuit has some precedent with regards to other non-carry related cases.

    Intermediate scrutiny is the floor for most firearms cases as it stands for the time being. Masciandaro, Chester, and Black are all controlling here, more so than the TPM in Woollard.

    Question: if the plaintiff wins, is there a monetary award from the state for the legal fees expended to fight the case (and ultimately to help fund the certain appeal)? Pitiful the people fighting to preserve the second amendment have to fund both sides...
