Thanks to all of you who have ordered or are planning to order soon.

I hope you will also take a minute or two and help spread the word about the t-shirt sale and also about how awesome it is to have this club active at JHU. The club was approved by university faculty as a special interest and hobby program, and in 2017 is slated to be rolled into the university’s athletic department as a full-fledged sports club.

I have it on good authority that if they want a web site to promote their site, they can have a free one through JH's Enterprise Web Services.

I'm betting the sysadmin, while normally cringing at student site requests due to eventual abandonment and links to porn and medz due to bugs in code, will most likely like to receive the request for this group. :innocent0

The requirements are that EWS supplies the environment, site "owner" is responsible for building and maintaining the site and the group/club must be recognized by the SGA and/or Student Life, and/or have a faculty sponsor. Best if someone in the group has an idea of what they are doing with web sites.

They do have a little web presence beyond Facebook, with a tiny page here:
    https://johnshopkins.collegiatelink.net/organization/marksmanship

If an EWS site would be better for them, maybe a friend of the friendly sysadmin could drop the club a hint or two about the best way to go about setting up a site.

I ordered 2 (one of each color) and my father-in-law ordered one. I wonder how sales are overall.

:lol2: we might be the main supporters!

As of right now, there have been 34 shirts sold. If we aren't the main supporters, we are pretty close to the top. I'd really like us to push this over the 50 shirt mark by the end of the sale.

You know you're going to want an extra or three for all those times people say, "Cool shirt! Wish I had one."

I ordered an extra, maybe I'll drop it in the mail :lol2:

If you mean send one to Webster, I wouldn't. I know you are joking, but someone out there might get the idea.

This is the same school that shat on it's very own world-renown neurosurgeon by "dis-inviting" him to commencement because he dared not kiss Obama's ass. The students in the club would have no chance and would be blamed for "inciting fear and making threats."
