My mossberg 715t .22 with the 25 round mag will shoot about 6 rounds then jams up. I open the action and the cartridge from the empty round and the new round are jammed. How can I prevent this from happening?

Also when filling the 25 round mag once i get about 10 rounds loaded up it doesnt like to let me put more rounds into it. so i have to take the loader cap and press down a couple times to get it to alow more.

    help please!

I have seen threads covering both issues on MossbergOwners.Com: 715T Tactical .22 Autoloader. Mine has never jammed (using Winchester and CCI) but it was difficult to load more than 10 rounds when brand new. I disassembled the magazine to check for obstructions and after reassembly the problem was gone, so I suspect it was improperly aligned by the shop that modified it to comply with Maryland's 20 round limit. Good luck!
