Instead of more dumping stuff into an already clogged drain get one of these http://m.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-1-4-in-x-25-ft-Power-Spin-41408/203468227/ and clear the drain. It's too easy and the tool is cheap enough not to have one.

I recommend a pressure assist toilet. A few hundred dollars up front but you will never call a plumber or use a plunger again. The loud WOOSH can be a bit much at night but you get used to it.

Useful for getting rid of the old contents in the fridge too. Much faster at getting rid of an old pot of pasta than a garbage disposal. Sure that may not be a recommended use but it flat out works.
