    I'm selling my row home in South Baltimore (Federal Hill-ish area) and have received a repair list from my buyer.

    Are there any members here interested in the work? I would need an estimate fairly soon and the work performed fairly soon as well.

    PM me for more info but at this point it's not really anything major. I can you get you a copy of the list and inspection via email.
