Got em... they gladly shipped UPS for me, avoiding any issues.

Got a question.. has anyone used the Lightning Grip to load them? and if so, what adapter did you use?

Looks like the MP15 adapter will work with modification, but I only have one and don't wanna mess it up, so I ordered a spare and also an AR15-22 adapter so see how that works out..

Got my new adapters and actually the AR22 adapter is pretty darned close. I need to get a pic or two, but with a small filler block it should work perfectly. I was able to load a mag, only missed one round, still getting used to manipulating both the loader and the drum mag to ensure reliable feeding, but this has merit.

I will make a small filler block to take up the room in the adapter to make the mag engagement more positive and I think it'll work.

I also mod'd one of my 15-22 adapters (cut the tang off that depresses the mag follower in the std SW mag) and it worked pretty well also, but I think that the AR22 mag adapter is a better candidate.

I'll get some pics tomorrow.. perhaps a vid too.

Am I the only person here who thinks these things look ridiculous? If you can buy a regular mag that holds 33 rounds for $20, what's the draw to these things at $80?

yep, you're the only one. They look awesome. And I was never drawn to them @ $80. But I was at $40 :D
