Has anyone else had any issue with their rangefinder where the rubber housing has become sticky. I have an older bushnell that works fine but is sticky to the touch. Appears to be the aging rubber. Trying to figure out how to remove stickiness. Any suggestions?

Weird, my beard trimmer has the same issue. Lubricant? Maybe try a little Armorall on a small spot and see what that does. I don't have any or I'd try it myself.

The Internet says isopropyl alcohol (rubbing)
In the old days soft plastic fishing lures used to melt right into the bottom of the tackle box
