    Lite demo in the kitchen remove 8 cabinets, stove and tile from floor (Laminate) and backsplash (ceramic tile) Stove can be left in back ally scrap metal guys will pick it up.

    Fix and patch any imperfections on walls and ceilings, prep all bedrooms and closets for paint. No painting.

    Remove old electrical fixtures and cap off electrical wires at fixture. Three ceiling fans.

    Remove 2 old bedroom doors and 2 closet doors on second floor. Door frames and trim stay

    Drywall above second floor steps 3ft x 6ft
    Drywall lower upstairs return vent 2ft x 2ft

    Gut ceiling basement (cork board)

    Gut basement walls down to block (wood paneling, only about half of basement has paneling)

    Make basement walls ready for sealing and paint.

    Remove old washer and dryer. Can leave in back ally scrap metal guys will pick those up

    Remove old tiles off steps

    Remove 3 old vents and seal holes with sheet metal. Vents to be removed will be marked with red paint. Can leave scrap metal in back ally.

    This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath townhome.

    I need an estimate on a total price or your hourly rate and how long you think it will take.
