Who still does fingerprints anymore? Florida kicked my CCP application back because the fingerprints weren't done by law enforcement.

When they kicked back the fingerprint card for me a couple years ago. i just wrote the address of the local MSP barrecks. There is not space for signature or notary that it was actually done at a law enforcement location.

Not really close, but Montgomery County Police have done mine several times for different permits.

    Both Rockville and Bethesda.

Due to this thread I went to Laurel, MD today ( They have specific hours - on M,W,F it's 10-12) for my "Law Enforcement" fingerprints. WOW! What a nice and cooperative group of people. I didn't have the proper card -they quickly provided one. I wanted two sets ( for two CCLs in different states) - No Problem! and no increase in the $15 fee.
Sure wish my local Burg had a staff like that!
