I sent an eMail to PSA's Compliance Department to see if they have had any recent changes to their policy on shipping lowers/regulated rifles to Maryland and this was their response:
"Hello,
Unfortunately at this time we still will not ship any ARs to Maryland unless you are a Police Officer that has sent in the required documentation or an authorized FFL dealer.

So, are any IPs here an "Authorized Dealer" in PSA's world?
(I am using blemished parts as the first time I "Spot and Stalk" with the rifle it is going to get scratched anyways)
